One to One

I offer one to one consultations both in person and online (currently exclusively online due to COVID-19 and related restrictions). My sessions begin with an initial assessment conversation to understand your individual case, followed by the use of appropriate therapy mechanisms to support your needs. Clients have the option of pursuing a particular therapy, say EFT or BWRT, or to present their individual challenge and leave it to me to identify the ideal therapy to respond to that situation. All clients will be required to fill out an intake form.

As I offer different therapies and modalities, the fee structure varies. I offer one-time session payment and package options.

Emotional Freedom Technique

Emotional freedom technique (EFT), which people often refer to as EFT tapping, is an alternative therapy that combines the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine and psychotherapeutic tools. It helps address a range of mind and body issues, and brings effective, sustainable, and lasting results.

BWRT® is BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®, an immensely effective technique that can often dissolve mind-related problems far more quickly than you might think. It is a new model of psychology and psychopathology that fits comfortably with current thinking on neuroscience.

They comprise 38 remedies derived from flowers and plants to help you rediscover your inner sense of peace and restore emotional wellbeing in your everyday life.
