EFT Levels 1 & 2

EFT combines psychology and Chinese acupressure, and involves tapping through specific points to deliver shifts in energy. It can be used to address health, career, relationship, lifestyle, abundance, and a range of other issues. The EFT Levels 1 and 2 Certification Program is for anyone who would like to acquire a basic knowledge of EFT, and would like to use EFT on themselves, their family, and friends.

What will you learn?

In this hands-on training program, you will learn:

  1. The foundational concepts of EFT

  2. How to apply the foundational concepts of EFT

  3. How to work on a range of physical and emotional issues

  4. How to use EFT to help yourself and others.

How does the course work?

The EFT Levels 1 and 2 Certification course takes place over three days. Over these three days, you will receive theoretical instructions buttressed by hands-on demos to understand the foundational concepts and key techniques in EFT. Participants will have the opportunity to practice each technique through a learning-by-doing approach, and will have plenty of room to discuss their experiences.

The training program follows the standard syllabus set by EFT International (EFTi), and enables participants who complete the training to pursue accreditation with EFTi. This is augmented with my experience as a practitioner. I am committed to supporting my students' learning journeys through rich explanations and comprehensive discussions.

Participants will receive an EFT Levels 1 and 2 Manual, and will receive plenty of opportunities to make their own notes if they so wish. Recordings will not be provided.

Participants will receive a certificate of attendance for EFT Levels 1 and 2 only if they attend all days of the training program and participate in the process. Participants will be added to a group on a social networking platform to discuss questions, doubts, and maintain a sense of community with their cohort members.

What does it cost?

My EFT Levels 1 and 2 cost USD 350 per participant (as of February 2024; Rates are subject to periodic revision. Participants are advised to verify rates before or at the time of signing up). For this fee, participants will receive training on EFT Levels 1 and 2, and a Manual on EFT Levels 1 and 2.

How long is the program?

Typically, my EFT Levels 1 and 2 program runs over three days, i.e., Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. However, when I work with cohorts that cut across different time zones, I work with the group to identify a median time and spread the training window over several days to accommodate different timings. Before joining an EFT Levels 1 and 2 Certification program, participants are encouraged to name their time zone and availability, so that I can add them to a group that is convenient based on their availability.

What happens after training?

Students who complete EFT Levels 1 and 2 Certification will receive a certificate of attendance if they have attended all days of the program. This certificate only acknowledges attendance and does not confer practitioner status. It is, however, the first step a student takes to become an EFT Practitioner certified by EFTi. To become an EFT Practitioner certified by EFTi, participants will have to meet a separate set of requirements that you can read more about here.
